How To See Who Follows You On Facebook
First thing to note: adhering to does not really mean anything, particularly if you two aren't "friends." It just means that your blog posts noted PUBLIC will certainly show up in their timeline. No big deal (you noted it PUBLIC, right?).
Second, if you wish to know who is IN FACT following you:
1. Go to your buddies checklist
2. Strike the "MORE" switch on the right
3. then hit "Following".
If you don't like what you see in that listing, you can click the "Manage" pencil icon and after that the "Edit Privacy" switch in the top right (see display shot above).
Note: If you allow people that aren't your friends follow you, individuals that send friend requests that you neglect or remove will immediately start following you. If you do not want someone to follow you, you can block them at any moment.
