1. Open Up Facebook App.

- I Want to Help-- Touch a factor (e.g., Self-destruction or Harassment) in the "Can you give us some more information?" section.

7. Tap Send. It's a blue button at the bottom of the screen.

8. Tap Done when prompted. Doing so verifies that your record was sent out.

On Desktop computer
1. Open Facebook. Go to https://www.facebook.com/ in your computer's internet browser. This will certainly open your Information Feed if you're already logged right into Facebook.
